Once the form has been submitted, you will be reached out by one of the recreation staff for follow-ups or status updates.
You are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Stratford as an additional insured for the date of the event in the amount of $1 million. Please put "Town of Stratford 2725 Main Street, Stratford CT 06615" for the additional insured. If your homeowner's insurance does not cover this type of event please Click Here to purchase insurance for your event. Please use venue code OB59-000.
